Government Controls in the War
For
Against
Conscription made sure that we had enough people to stop an invasion.
It is morally wrong to kill someone/make someone fight.
Man power controls would make sure that there were people doing essential things and not wasting time.
Making people work in other jobs can affect the quality of work/can be extremely hard.
Rationing was good so that we would not run out of supplies because of the decreased production at the time of the war.
Rations can be too small. The ration booklets may not come often enough.
Censorship made sure that people would not panic or over react.
People do not know how bad the war is and may think that it’s not serious or worth it. People don't know what their loved ones were doing.
